Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) and IndexedDB are similar technologies. In line with Article 22(2) of Spain's LSSI and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's cookie guide, this policy explains which ones Pilot Syllabus uses.
1. Your choice
On your first visit we show a notice with two equal buttons: Accept and Reject. No analytics cookie is set until you accept. Continuing to browse does not count as accepting.
You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings, also in the footer of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection.
2. Technical and preference storage (no consent needed)
These are needed for the site to work or to remember what you chose yourself. Apart from Cloudflare's security cookie, they stay in your browser and are sent to no one.

Only if you use the AI chat
When you send your first question to the chat, Google's abuse protection is switched on. It is needed to provide the service you are asking for.

3. Analytics (only with your consent)
They tell us, in aggregate, which topics get read and how the site is used. They are not used for advertising.

4. Advertising
The site currently uses no advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again before setting any.
5. Clearing them from your browser
Besides "Cookie settings", you can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. If you block local storage the site still works, but it won't remember your preferences or progress.
