Operator's Programme

Each Contracting State shall ensure that commercial air transport operators establish, implement and maintain a written operator security programme.
This programme must meet the requirements of the National Civil Aviation Security Programme.

General Aviation

It is recommended that general aviation operations using aircraft with a maximum take-off mass greater than 5,700 kg also establish and maintain a written security programme.
